About Me

My Journey to Becoming a Dietitian

Growing up in a small town in France, I battled obesity and an unhealthy relationship with food. I know first-hand the frustration of feeling stuck in a cycle of diets that don’t work and the emotional toll it can take. My journey shaped who I am today. It’s the reason I became a dietitian.

After years of working as a journalist in Paris, I found success but no real sense of purpose. Despite the career and travel all around the world, something was missing. I needed to make a real difference. So I moved to India, where I volunteered with an NGO in the Himalayas, working to protect nature. In that time of reflection, I realized my true calling was to help others build a healthier relationship with food, something I wish I’d had when I struggled.

After working hard to earn my diploma, I’m now a qualified dietitian dedicated to empowering people to create lasting, positive change in their health and to feel good about themselves.
I understand the challenges because I’ve lived them. I’m not just a dietitian, I’m someone who has been there, someone who gets it.

My Approach to Nutrition

I believe in a compassionate, realistic approach to nutrition, one that prioritises your well-being over quick fixes or restrictive diets. My goal is not to follow trends or push extreme methods, but to create a lasting, sustainable way of eating that fits into your life.

I’ll empower you with the knowledge and tools to make informed, confident decisions about your nutrition, so you can focus on feeling your best without the pressure of perfection. I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Professional Accreditations

I hold a BTS in Dietetics, a state-recognised qualification in France that grants me the official title of dietitian. This rigorous training includes nutrition, physiology, pathology, and biochemistry, providing a strong scientific foundation to offer reliable, personalised dietary guidance.

In addition, I have completed a specialised training in psycho-behavioural dietetics to better understand the link between food, emotions, and habits. This approach goes beyond diet plans, helping you build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food in the long run.
