My Story
Having struggled with obesity myself, I know how overwhelming it feels to be stuck between conflicting advice, rigid food rules, and the constant pressure to do everything “right.” The guilt after a single indulgence, the frustration of putting in so much effort with little lasting change, and the sense that a healthy, balanced life is out of reach, I’ve lived all of it. But I also know that another way is possible. One that doesn’t rely on punishment, restriction, or chasing perfection.
